Builders will once again showcase their projects during the annual Spring and Fall HBA Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids and sponsored by Lake Michigan Credit Union. The HBA Parade of Homes never fails to showcase trends, new technologies and craftsmanship.
The Spring HBA Parade of Homes kicks off May 25 – June 9. The homes will be available for touring Memorial Day from 1 – 9pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 1 – 9pm and Wednesdays from 5 – 9pm. The remodeled homes will be showcased June 8-9
The Fall HBA Parade of Homes begins October 5 – 20. New homes will be open for touring Fridays and Saturdays from 1 – 8pm and Wednesdays from 5 – 8pm. Remodeled homes will be open October 8 – 9.
The Home Builders Association app will continue to evolve to provide parade-goers and easy way to gather information and find the homes around the Grand Rapids metro area. The HBA Parade of Homes App is designed so that parade-goers can easily get directions, plan a route, and get home details at the touch of a button. Because most of the homes are new construction, many smart phones and GPS cannot yet find these new addresses. Those touring the homes can take the guess work out of following confusing directions or consulting the map by using the app to get to each home via the most efficient route!
Tickets will be available at Lake Michigan Credit Unions and online at paradeofhomes.myGRhome.com for $10. They will also be available at each Parade home for $12. Children 12 and under do not need a ticket when accompanied by an adult.
