Since 1980, Criminal Justice Chaplaincy (CJC) has been helping people whose lives are affected by crime. At CJC, the returning citizens and their family will find support they need to re-enter society, knowledge and strength to change behaviors and reduce recidivism. Case management services and mentor training / mentors also help in job retention.
Ben Rosa, Community Relations / Case Manager and other CJC staff are partnering with 30-2-2 and other local initiatives to connect employees who have proven themselves to be ready and able to work with employers who are willing to give them a second chance.
