The Employment Services Collaborative (ESC) is comprised of 8 organizations working together to help individuals and families access employment services in West Michigan. Through a unique, community-wide effort system navigators at these organizations provide assistance with barrier resolution, job preparedness skills, personalized career coaching, and ongoing retention supports to help employees become valuable members of your team.
