The first step in obtaining your Michigan Builders’ License is to prepare for the state mandated test by taking the required 60 hour pre-license class. This small classroom setting will provide you with the information necessary to reach your goal of getting a builders license. Take the Pre-License Builder’s Course and receive the complimentary Lead Renovator Course. Open to the public!
