Continuing Competency Courses

Certified instructor, Arn McIntyre, will provide three hours of continuing education covering the following:

Residential Building Code 2015 updates, International Residential Code 2012, and Energy Code update. New reporting requirements and MIOSHA updates. Plus updates in administrative rules and Construction liens, lien waivers, furnish and filing requirements.

3 CE credits

Residential Builders License Renewal must occur by May 2017, click on the date to sign up for one of our renewal sessions today! A minimum of 5 students is needed to hold the class.
