The Annual Spring Parade of Homes kicks off this month and 2017 has even more exciting opportunities than years past. The Parade will feature 72 homes created by 56 different builders, which range in price from $150,000 to over $1 million. Some of the homes are for sale, while others showcase the builders who are ready to build custom homes in this strong economy. The event will provide inspiration for potential home buyers or those looking to remodel, as well as giving guests an opportunity to check out the craftsmanship our builders provide West Michigan. The Grand Rapids Spring Parade of Homes kicks off May 26 and continues through June 10, 2017 as well as Memorial Day from 1-9pm. Homes will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 1- 9pm and on Wednesdays from 5-9pm.

The $10 Spring Parade of Homes tickets are available through our website, myGRhome.com, or at any of Lake Michigan Credit Union’s local branches. Tickets can be purchased for $12 onsite at the homes. The tickets will also get you a $5 discount on tickets for the Lakeshore Home Builders Association’s Spring Parade of Homes which runs from June 8-17. Additionally, four HBA Nation members will also have a chance to win a package of 4 FREE tickets this month.

The Parade will feature homes from 16 different West Michigan communities ranging from city center to the lakeshore. The communities include: Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, Allendale, Coopersville, Grand Rapids, Rockford, Ada, Belmont, Lowell, Kentwood, Caledonia, Byron Center, Shelbyville, Wayland, and Byron Center. With prices ranging from $150,000 to over $1 million, builders will be showcasing the latest trends in building styles, using green practices, custom details, unique floor coverings, the latest wall treatments, quality products, and landscaping.
